The qualification and experiences etc. are as under:- Staff Nurse Grade II (Sister Grade II) Group : ‘B’ Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4600 Between 18 and 30 years .
Essential Qualification: 1. Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized University / Board. 2. Certificate in General Nursing and midwifery from a recognized Institution or equivalent qualification for male Nurse. 3. Should be a registered 'A' grade Nurse and midwife with a state Nursing Council or equivalent Qualification for male Nurses.
Note: The cadre of Sister, Gr. II, as also the higher levels in the Nursing cadre, shall function on a decentralised basis.
