Certificates showing relevant post qualification experience. Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate). NOC from present employer, if already employed in Govt./semi-Govt./Public Sector Undertaking. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer), as applicable. Disability Certificate for PH candidates (As applicable).
