ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Qualification Only From 34 Listed Institute & B.Tech Graduate of Ward of Kribhco Employees With GATE-2014 Score Card B.Tech/ B.E. with overall marks 65% and above For Result awaited / appeared till 6th Sem 65% aggregate is mandatory Only 2014 Pass-out or Passing out No Gaps – Backlog in Graduation Result awaited applicant Can apply X,XII marks 60% and above .
Age Limit Not more than 27 years as on 31st March, 2014 .
Training Period & Position One year – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Bond GET will be required to execute a bond to serve KRIBHCO for a period of three years after completion of training. The bond amount will be Rs.2 lacs for General/ OBC Category and Rs.50,000/- for SC / ST candidates.
DURING TRAINING PERIOD Stipend during training period The GET will be recruited in “G2” grade in the pay scale of Rs.22000-46500/- with the initial Basic Pay of Rs.22000/- per month plus usual allowances as stipend CTC during training period Around Rs. 7.8 lacs+ accommodation/HRA (30% of basic) After successful completion of training Name of the Position “SENIOR ENGINEER” .
Pay Scale Rs.22000-3%-46500/- with the initial Basic Pay of Rs.22660/- p.m. plus usual allowances CTC Around Rs.8.4 lacs + accommodation/HRA (30% of basic) .
Job Profile The selected candidate will be imparted on the job training for one year in his/ her respective technical discipline. He/ she should be willing to work in 24x7 environments in shifts. He / she will be posted to Plant site, Hazira, Surat, however he/she must be prepared for relocation to Corporate Office, NOIDA as per the requirements of organization. After successful completion of training, he/she will be absorbed in the services of KRIBHCO as Senior Engineer and the will be assigned job responsibility of a particular domain. The job responsibilities can be changed from time to time as per the requirements of the organization to get exposure in all areas of technical discipline.
