Educational Qualifications :
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and with proficiency in use of Computers (Relaxable in case of exceptionally outstanding sports personnel)
Essential Eligibility:
REPRESENTATION AT ;
i) A University in the Inter University Tournament conducted by the Inter University Sports Board; and / or ii) A combined University team in the National and World Universaid International competition; and / or iii) A State in the National competition ; and / or iv) The country in any International competition .
Note:
a) Players who have represented the country in the Indian National Team or in the combined university teams in the international events shall be given preference.
b) The Certificate for representing a University in the Inter-University or a State in India in a National or for representing India in an International competition in one of the recognized Games/ Sports will be valid only when signed personally by the Dean/Director or the officer overall in-charge of sports in the university or the Secretary of the State Association or the Secretary, National Federation/ National Association respectively. Specimen performance are appended as Form .
General Conditions:
a) Employees of the Central/ State Govt. / Public Enterprises should forward their applications through proper channel to reach the Corporation before the last date notified below. Direct applications shall not be entertained.
b) The Corporation may, at its discretion, relax qualification and age in appropriate cases in accordance with the rules. c) Mere submission of an application and fulfilling the eligibility criteria gives no right to any person for interview/selection.
d) All appointments will be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Corporation and/or directives of Govt. of India, in force from time to time.
e) The above mentioned posts carry IDA pattern pay scale and usual allowances such as, DA, HRA, etc. Other benefits like CPF, Gratuity, Leave Travel Concession, Leave Encashment, Medical Reimbursement, Conveyance Reimbursement etc. shall be applicable as per the rules of Corporation as amended from time to time. Gross emoluments would vary depending upon place of posting.
Self-attested photocopies of all documents in respect of proof of age, qualification, Sports achievements experience, caste, etc. should be attached with the application. Original Certificates would be required for and scrutinized at the time of interview. 7. Any attempt to influence the corporation in any manner would disqualify the candidature and lead to rejection of his application.
No correspondence will be entertained about the outcome of the application.
Candidates should satisfy themselves that they fulfill the required eligibility, educational qualification, age, etc. before applying for the same.
Applications not in the prescribed format and/or incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected. 11. Selection Procedure:- Applications received up to the prescribed date will be scrutinized by Food Corporation of India. Shortlisted candidates will be called for trials, interview and verification of original documents.
How to Apply : i) Application should be neatly typed /filled in the prescribed format in A-4 Size paper ii) Self-Attested Xerox copies of all the required documents in support of Age, qualification, sports achievement, caste etc. are to be attached with application form. Sports certificates should be submitted in the respective Form iii) Applications complete in all respects & duly signed by the Applicant be placed in a sealed envelope. iv) Envelope shall be super-scribed as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ASSTT.
