RECRUITMENT OF CASUALTY MEDICAL OFFICERS
Applications for 8 posts of Casualty Medical Officers are invited on regular basis on prescribed
Proforma for Kalpana Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal. The candidates having an experience of
Emergency/Casualty/Trauma Centre will be preferred. The doctors selected as Casualty Medical Officer
are required for running the emergency service of Trauma Centre/Doing Medico Legal work and
postmortem etc. round the clock on rotation basis.
Essential Qualification;
MBBS Degree from an Institution Recognized by MCI (Medical C0uncil of India).
Passed MBBS and having completed & likely to complete internship training by 31st Dec., 2013 from MCI recognized institutions may also apply.
Pay Scale Rs. 9300-34800+5400 GP (Initial start of basic pay Rs. 14880+GP 5400+NPA 5070 (25%) plus other allowances admissible as per State Govt. rules). The applicants should submit application form along with Treasury Challan of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 125/- for reserved category) under the Medical Education Department Govt. of Haryana receipt Head 0210 in favour of Director, Kalpana Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal for the applicants of Haryana & Chandigarh. In case of the candidates applying from other than Haryana & Chandigarh the fees may be paid in the shape of Indian Postal Order. Age limit up to 40 years for general category candidates and 45 years for reserved category candidates as per State Govt. rules.
Age of retirement for these posts is 62 years as per KCGMC, draft rule.
Candidates already working in Govt./Semi Govt./Corporative or Autonomous Body Services should apply through proper channel & has to produce No Objection Certificate from his/her parent department/employer, at the time of interview, otherwise his/her application will not be considered for an interview.
