Recruitment of 

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

 The period of training will be one Year. During the training period the Management Trainees will be paid a Consolidated Pay of Rs. 30,000/- p.m. during 1st year CA / ICWA/ MBA-Fin. 27 Yrs. 05 posts.

GENERAL CONDITIONS :-

 1. Only Indian Nationals should apply.

 2. All qualifications should be obtained from an Indian University/Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC.

 3. Candidates from PSE/Govt./Quasi Govt. should produce NOC at the time of Interview. .

How to Apply:

 a) All applications must accompany Non-refundable Application Fees of Rs.500/-for General & OBC candidates in the form of Demand Draft/ Banker Cheque only with the validity of three months drawn in favour of “NPCC Ltd” payable at Faridabad (Haryana). In case of SC/ST candidates, application fee will be Rs.125/- only. Payment of application fee in the form of cheque is not acceptable & liable to be rejected.  b) Final year students may also apply. However they should have obtained the Engineering Degree with the prescribed percentage of marks indicated above. In case of selection, they will have to submit their final mark sheet / provisional certificate by 31st August, 2014.

 c) Candidates should submit their application in prescribed format duly signed and date along with self attested copies of:;

In case of reserved category, a Certificate in the prescribed proforma as applicable to Central Govt. employment. v.
