 a) Doctors having Post Graduate Qualification/Specialisation with 3 years post qualification experience will be in E-4 Grade.
 b) Doctors having Post Graduate Qualification/Specialisation with less than 3 years Post Qualification experience in E-3 Grade.

EMOLUMENTS
 1.Basic in E-4 Grade Rs.29100-54500 2.Basic in E-3 Grade Rs.24900-50500 3.Annual increment rate of 3%. 4.Non-Practicing Allowance @ 25%. 5.Dearness Allowance 90% on basic pay + NPA. 6.Coal field allowance @ 7%. 7.Allowance in terms of perks 43.5% of Basic pay per month. 8.Group Gratuity Scheme. 9.Coal Mines Provident Fund and Coal Mines Pension.
